Field Service Engineer (Diagnostics)

Location: Remote from the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, with 30–40% travel across the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas and Western Arkansas

Salary: $33.00–$37.00 per hour, plus bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair Beckman Coulter diagnostic equipment independently.
• Provide efficient customer service and technical training on products.
• Maintain customer service logs and internal service records.
• Order repair parts and follow service cycle-time requirements.
• Use OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for service call planning and team objectives.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders and help train newer Field Service Engineers.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree, military experience, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotic, electronic, or instrumentation equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel 30–40%, including potential overnight stays.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted and perform frequent physical field-service movements.

• Biomedical engineering experience.
