Electrician (Robotics)

What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and modify Fanuc robotics systems used in injection molding and downstream automation.
• Support and repair molding machines, automated assembly fixtures, auxiliary equipment, electrical circuits, sensors, and control systems.
• Provide electrical and robotic support during mold changeovers, including robot teaching, tooling verification, safety checks, and automation reintegration.
• Diagnose automation downtime using PLCs, robot HMIs, vision systems, sensors, and I/O while collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, calibrate testing equipment, read blueprints, and document maintenance work orders.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement, 5S, and STW activities and recommend equipment changes that improve reliability.

Requirements

• Licensed Electrician required.
• 442A license required; 309A is also acceptable.
• Experience with machine control software programming.
• Experience applying and programming multiple drives, including AC, DC, and servo drives.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, and blueprint reading.
