Electrician I (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing, support, electro-mechanical, and furnace combustion systems.
• Maintain PLC, HMI, companion control systems, and electrical power distribution equipment.
• Diagnose and repair AC and DC motors and drive systems.
• Read systems drawings and support lubrication, piping, hydraulic, pumping, and pneumatic systems.
• Test equipment before production use and follow PPE and lockout/tagout safety procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in electronics, electrical engineering technology, a closely related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, prioritization, and decision-making ability are preferred.
