Market Fulfillment Lead (Retail Operations)

Location: Onsite at 7001 Concourse Pkwy, Douglasville, Georgia, United States

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Analyze market research, operational data, key performance indicators, and driver experience gaps.
• Lead process improvement projects and develop action plans to improve program, fulfillment, and process metrics.
• Oversee end-to-end store fulfillment activities, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery of customer orders.
• Support driver supply and experience through root cause analysis, delivery work, issue escalation, and solution development.
• Implement and sustain digital change initiatives, mobile applications, digital roadmaps, and product launches across the assigned market.
• Develop business plans, set performance expectations, allocate resources, remove operational barriers, and monitor results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field plus 2 years of retail operations or related experience, or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to work onsite in Douglasville, Georgia, United States.
• Experience with business operations, stakeholder collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and performance metrics.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate priorities, manage change, and maintain ethical and compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Customer service environment experience.
• Experience with digital change initiatives and Walmart operations.
• Grocery retail, retail management, or project management experience.
