Distribution Supervisor (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; onsite, second shift from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Salary: $45,000–$75,000 USD annually, plus participation in an annual bonus plan or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Supervise receiving, putaway, picking, rewarehousing, order staging, closeouts, and outbound shipments.
• Lead warehouse associates, assign activities, provide training, conduct performance reviews, and administer discipline when required.
• Maintain safe, compliant warehouse operations in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and Moen safety objectives.
• Manage inventory, space requirements, staffing levels, facility expenses, customer shipments, and operational budgets.
• Use WMS and Fortna carton sorting and labeling systems to improve distribution capacity and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation, Manufacturing Plants, trainers, warehouse leads, and customers to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of warehousing experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize heavy workloads, organize responsibilities, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Flexibility, self-motivation, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement and associate development.
• Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may substitute.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and SAP.

Nice to have

• Experience in an automated distribution environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Access.
