Demand Planning Manager (Media Entertainment - Walmart/Sam's Club)

Salary: $115,000–$125,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead weekly CPFR meetings with Walmart, Sam’s Club, other national accounts, and internal sales and product marketing teams.
• Gather market intelligence and produce operational forecasts using internal CPFR tools and processes.
• Manage model-level demand planning, purchase order requests, order maintenance, and inventory targets for assigned retailers.
• Balance inventory across warehouse and store networks to support in-stock expectations.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports using internal and external vendor portal data.
• Lead internal S&OP meetings and collaborate with supply planning on long-term production forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a relevant field.
• 7+ years of demand planning or relevant experience.
• Understanding of collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR).
• Strong data analysis skills and solid business acumen.
• Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication skills for direct customer interaction.
• Strong relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
