What you will do

• Lead weekly CPFR meetings with external buying teams and internal sales and product marketing teams.
• Develop operational forecasts by incorporating market intelligence through internal CPFR tools.
• Manage model-level demand planning and weekly purchase order requests for assigned retailers.
• Optimize inventory levels across the network (warehouse and store level) to ensure in-stock expectations.
• Facilitate weekly internal S&OP meetings.
• Collaborate with the supply planning team on long-term forecasting for production schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in demand planning or relevant supply chain roles.
• Deep understanding of Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR).
• Strong data analysis skills and solid business acumen.
• Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills for direct customer interfacing.
• Must be based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
