What you will do

• Provide customer service, respond to inquiries, and maintain customer paperwork.
• Process orders, coordinate schedules and product movements, and communicate with customers, surveyors, terminal personnel, and regulatory personnel.
• Update the Galahad system with inbound and outbound movements, gauges, variances, reports, and plant operating orders.
• Calculate customer inventories, review truck rack activity, and distribute daily customer reports.
• Prepare bills of lading and support month-end close activities for accounting and customers.
• Perform general office duties and keep reports, records, and documentation accurate and current.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Intermediate computer skills, including above-average proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic mathematics skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, detail-focused, professional, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Successful completion of a background screen and drug test is required after a job offer; willingness to work onsite and overtime is required.
