Customer Services Professional (Industrial Gases)

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States — branch retail shop; moderate regional travel required

What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to provide coordinated service to customers.
• Resolve customer account inquiries promptly and support long-term satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and account health.
• Improve internal processes and the overall customer journey.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
• Support daily branch office operations and travel within the region as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably with industrial gases, welding supplies, or similar industrial products.
• Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and database programs.
• Ability to enter and extract data using computer systems.
• Current hands-on experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is strongly desired.
• Must be able to work overtime and occasional weekends, travel moderately, and maintain reliable transportation.
