Salary: $59,512.50 annually; proposed minimum salary of $4,959.34 monthly.

What you will do

• Support departmental compliance with federal, state, and local laws, University policies, the Clery Act, and student-records requirements.
• Represent the department on university committees and task forces focused on risk management and compliance.
• Conduct outreach that educates students and helps mitigate risks related to student behavior.
• Investigate alleged student conduct violations by interviewing involved parties and witnesses, gathering documentation, and coordinating consultations.
• Prepare unbiased investigation findings, maintain detailed records, and manage related databases and files.
• Develop, plan, promote, and deliver educational presentations, workshops, training, and sanctions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of experience in student affairs or a related specialty area, including two years in Student Affairs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate attention to detail, and complete administrative tasks on time.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work cooperatively with others.
• Ability to conduct interviews, gather information, prepare reports, and work with individuals in student conduct matters.
• Employment is contingent on credential verification and completion of a criminal history check; all positions are security-sensitive.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• One or more years of experience working in Student Conduct.
