Sr Manager, Financial Operations - Wealth (AI)

Location: Dallas, TX; primarily in-office with flexibility for limited remote work. Periodic travel may be required.

What you will do

• Provide managerial- and controller-level support across accounting and finance processes.
• Improve close processes, financial analysis, controls, and accounting workflows through technology and process redesign.
• Design and implement automation solutions and apply AI agent tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to financial operations.
• Build and maintain integrations between accounting systems, sub-ledgers, reporting tools, and operational systems.
• Improve data hirify.global, reconciliation processes, reporting, and end-to-end data transparency.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors on systems implementations, upgrades, integrations, and practical AI use cases.

Requirements

• Strong accounting background at manager, senior manager, or controller-adjacent level.
• Experience in public accounting, systems implementation, complex accounting environments, or data analytics.
• Experience with broker-dealer or wealth commissions systems and portfolio or performance systems such as Black Diamond.
• Recent coursework in or demonstrated aptitude with agentic AI tool development.
• Ability to translate accounting requirements into technical or system solutions.
• Comfort working at the intersection of finance, accounting, and technology.
