What you will do

• Lead transformation initiatives that improve accounting scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.
• Identify accounting efficiency opportunities, define requirements, and translate financial workflows into controlled technical solutions.
• Design and implement AI, automation, workflow, data integration, and reporting solutions.
• Use BlackLine and Alteryx to automate journal entries, reconciliations, controls, reporting, and related accounting activities.
• Improve data architecture and reporting consistency across ERP systems, subledgers, and reporting tools.
• Deliver solutions end to end, from analysis and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization, while partnering with Accounting and SOX compliance teams.

Requirements

• Functional accounting experience and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in accounting or finance systems reporting or data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with BlackLine and building workflows in Alteryx.
• Understanding of US GAAP and SOX frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with domestic and global stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM tools, automation platforms, and RPA.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Oracle eBS ERP implementation or upgrade experience.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology environment, large public accounting or consulting firm, or multinational enterprise.
