Sr Manager - Enterprise Finance

Location: Hybrid role based at the Corporate Headquarters in Mettawa, Illinois, United States

Salary: $103,200–$164,500 annually, plus an eligible annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning for the consolidated enterprise.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance across hirify.global and its major businesses.
• Partner with division finance teams to explain P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow drivers.
• Translate financial results, risks, and opportunities into actionable recommendations for corporate and business unit leaders.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and analysis for the Board of Directors, earnings releases, and senior management meetings.
• Implement automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve finance processes, reporting, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis and/or accounting.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage, guide, and develop direct and indirect team members.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• CPA or MBA.
• Experience with Power BI, Oracle or consolidation tools, automation platforms, and AI-enabled productivity or reporting tools.
