What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement instructor-led, e-learning, virtual, and hybrid learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define instructional design needs and create course content and assessments.
• Create and maintain project timelines while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure instructional materials meet company standards and established best practices.
• Evaluate and improve learning experiences to increase student engagement and achievement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Experience designing and developing virtual and hybrid learning experiences.
• Experience with video editing and production and Learning Management Systems.
• Familiarity with SCORM and Tin Can API standards.
• Strong project management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
