Plant Financial Analyst

Location: On-site at least four days per week at the Red Wing, Minnesota plant or hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota. Up to 10% domestic travel may be required. Relocation assistance is not authorized.

Salary: $95,591–$116,834 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Provide financial insights and predictive analytics for plant performance.
• Lead annual forecasting and prepare the plant’s P&L and Balance Sheet Operating Plan.
• Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts, perform variance analysis, and support month-end close.
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global Global Financial Standards and GAAP requirements.
• Maintain SKU costing during annual inventory revaluation and throughout the year.
• Analyze return on investment and improve returns on plant expenditures, including AFE initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• Six years of experience in finance, accounting, or manufacturing supply chain.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.

Nice to have

• MBA, CMA, or CPA certification.
