Plant Finance Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; full-time onsite work with frequent engagement on the plant floor

Salary: $89,458–$121,031 per year

What you will do

• Partner with plant leadership to translate operational performance into financial targets, forecasts, and decision-support analysis.
• Prepare plant-level budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models based on production assumptions and operational drivers.
• Conduct variance analysis across labor, overhead, material usage, and productivity, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with plant teams to validate data, improve reporting accuracy, and standardize operational and financial metrics.
• Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities while linking plant performance to margin and cost outcomes.
• Present financial reports, performance reviews, and recommendations to plant management and Finance leadership, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
• 4+ years of finance or related experience, including financial planning and analysis and/or manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, plant operating metrics, and production data analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and performance analysis; experience with ERP systems is strongly desired.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
