What you will do

  • Prepare actual financial reporting, variance explanations, monthly close reporting, and management commentary.
  • Support annual budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, management presentations, dashboards, and predictive metrics.
  • Perform cost accounting for labor, materials, inventory, work-in-process, expenses, sales, and gross profit or margin.
  • Investigate cost and inventory variances, recommend improvements, and support pricing, sales quotes, product design, and special project analysis.
  • Develop tools that convert ERP data into usable information and improve reporting efficiency through technology.
  • Analyze capital projects, prepare capital justifications and post-audits, track key metrics, and provide decision support to business leaders.

Requirements

  • Financial Analyst I: 0–2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
  • Financial Analyst II: 2–4 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong ERP and Excel experience, including financial modeling; SAP experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of finance processes, controls, working capital, and capital project analysis.
  • Financial Analyst II candidates should have operations finance experience and manufacturing knowledge.
