Finance Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $64,500–$103,500 per year

What you will do

• Analyze and present monthly financial results, identifying performance drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting through analytical tools and scenario modeling.
• Manage assigned monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business performance monitoring.
• Conduct pricing and cost analysis across the configure, design, and build lifecycle.
• Collaborate with operations to connect production, shipment targets, and operational benchmarks to financial outcomes while improving processes through visualization, automation, and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two or more years of relevant experience, or a Finance/Accounting internship with hirify.global.
• Strong analytical, communication, and financial data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, financial planning, forecasting, and business performance management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, CFA, or another professional license.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization and analytics tools.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
• Knowledge of U.S. and international accounting principles.
