Demand Planner II (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Analyze customer forecasts and trends using Manufacturing Resource Planning concepts.
• Prepare forecast models and assess requirements with customers, suppliers, and sales stakeholders.
• Apply inventory management practices to evaluate inventory levels and aging.
• Maintain planning programs, including part profiles, new part additions, end-of-life transitions, and model changes.
• Collaborate and negotiate with suppliers on channel policies and supply chain improvements.
• Align supplier and company objectives to improve profitability, sales enablement, and partner satisfaction.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Thorough knowledge of supply chain planning principles and industry practices.
• Ability to work independently, evaluate situations, exercise judgment, and collaborate across departments.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Planning system knowledge, especially Kinaxis, is helpful.
