Senior S&OP Analyst

Location: Wuxi, China; full-time onsite role. Requires flexibility for early morning and evening global calls and international travel of up to 15%.

What you will do

• Create global supply plans aligned with business-unit demand forecasts and communicate plans to manufacturing locations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, site operations, and supply chain teams on demand forecasts, supply execution, and forecast accuracy.
• Support S&OP governance and prepare data and review materials for business and Executive S&OP meetings.
• Track performance against supply plans and conduct scenario planning to optimize capacity against demand.
• Develop global inventory outlooks and drive actions to achieve inventory targets.
• Support EOL, NPI, E&O, IBP, and cross-site process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
• 8+ years of supply chain experience, including hands-on demand planning.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, production planning, master scheduling, material planning, and logistics.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems, advanced MS Excel, and general business software.
• High-level written and spoken English; availability for early morning and evening global calls; willingness to travel internationally up to 15%.
