Senior Solution Strategist - AI visionary (AI)

What you will do

• Define AI solution visions, requirements, and roadmaps based on client feedback, market research, and stakeholder input.
• Guide new concepts from early ideation through proof of concept in partnership with engineering teams.
• Manage interrelated solution roadmaps, scope, dependencies, requirements, and resources.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform solution positioning and pricing strategies.
• Develop go-to-market initiatives with Support, Sales, Marketing, and solution marketing teams.
• Work with UX teams and end users to identify product gaps, improve customer experience, and generate growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, information systems, project management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of healthcare software consulting, information technology, or equivalent solution functionality experience.
• At least 2 years of healthcare information technology solution strategy, development, or regulatory product management experience.
• At least 3 years of Agile development or software-related project management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with market research, consumer behavior, solution pricing, and marketing techniques.
• Ability to influence without authority, build cross-functional and client relationships, and drive decisions on software development priorities and pricing.
