Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States, or nearby; able to participate in customer meetings in person when needed

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for priority initiatives from concept through market delivery.
• Maintain a customer-focused roadmap balancing tactical needs, competitive differentiation, sellability, and product vision.
• Lead customer conversations, discovery sessions, and design partner engagements.
• Analyze the AI and agent landscape and turn competitive insights into product decisions and sales positioning.
• Shape packaging, pricing, value metrics, and commercial strategy for enterprise adoption.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, ML, Sales, Marketing, and Field Engineering around product development and launches.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software; AI, ML, or data product experience is strongly preferred.
• Located near Palo Alto and able to participate in customer meetings in person when needed.
• Strong business and go-to-market instincts, including experience with strategy, packaging, and pricing.
• Technical understanding of agent harnesses, retrieval, embeddings, evaluation, hallucinations, latency, DevOps, and deployment models.
• Proven ability to align Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, hardware-adjacent, manufacturing, regulated, or other enterprise industries.
• Experience competing with modern AI startups, search, knowledge management, or enterprise platforms.
