Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Salary: $148,200–$211,200 annually if located in Illinois, with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmaps, goals, KPIs, and success metrics for AI-powered solutions.
• Manage the full AI product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch, iteration, and ongoing improvement.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI across the firm’s application and product portfolio.
• Prioritize product features using customer needs, market research, technical feasibility, and data-driven analysis.
• Oversee the integration of AI models into workflows and support high-performing production AI and ML products.
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration and promote responsible, ethical, transparent, and fair AI development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management or product development leadership.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems analytically.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, judgment, communication, discretion, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Juris Doctor degree.
