Production Technician B (Extrusion Blow Molding)

Location: Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada; onsite production role

What you will do

• Complete full extrusion blow molding machine setups from start to finish.
• Change moulds and install tooling, calibrations, and downstream equipment.
• Profile and program machines, set cycle times, and start new jobs without an existing recipe.
• Start up and shut down machinery and place machines into production.
• Troubleshoot machine and product issues identified by Quality Assurance.
• Fine-tune equipment to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, maximize operating time, and maintain quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of extrusion blow molding experience as a process technician.
• Ability to complete mould changes and production setups efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-conscious approach to production work.
