Senior UAS Integration Test Engineer (UAS)

What you will do

• Define, develop, and execute integration, product, ground, and flight test plans.
• Support product testing from prototyping and verification and validation through qualification and transition to manufacturing.
• Coordinate with range and test facilities, including range safety, flight clearances, and test execution.
• Develop standardized training programs, safe test procedures, and training materials for multiple UAS platforms.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, mechanical, software, and firmware engineers to build integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers in UAS product integration and test planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing standardized training programs for multiple UAS platforms.
• Experience developing flight test plans, including risk assessments and flight reports.
• Experience planning and executing unit, subsystem, and system test cases.
• Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and productivity-management skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance is required. Ability to travel is also required.

Nice to have

• Previous U.S. military experience.
• Experience with radar and other electronic warfare equipment.
• Experience with Python, .NET, or NI platforms.
