Senior Corporate Engineer (Microsoft AI)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; must be locally based and attend the office daily.

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise technology solutions and infrastructure.
• Define technical requirements, architectures, standards, and interfaces across systems, applications, and platforms.
• Maintain technical documentation, designs, procedures, and operational standards.
• Validate and troubleshoot system performance, reliability, security, and compliance with business requirements.
• Partner with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders to deliver solutions and support strategic initiatives.
• Present technical recommendations, lead projects, resolve complex issues, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of recent, relevant hands-on IT experience, including 3–4 years implementing and supporting Corporate IT solutions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft AI technologies, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Foundry.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, and operationalizing AI-driven solutions within Corporate IT.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-location global environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT risks, security implementations, AI security, data governance, and responsible AI considerations.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management, teaching, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, endpoint and workstation management, PowerShell or Python automation, MFA, SSO, identity management, Okta, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, mobile device management, Confluence, or JIRA.
• Microsoft, ManageEngine, or Okta certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
