What you will do
- Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and VMware vSphere environments.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, identity governance, and access controls.
- Maintain Pure Storage platforms, including replication, performance, health, and capacity management.
- Implement patching, upgrades, disaster recovery, business continuity, security hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
- Lead or contribute to infrastructure migrations, consolidations, deployments, modernization, and automation projects.
- Act as a Tier III escalation point, collaborate with IT teams, and participate in on-call support and after-hours maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering.
- Experience supporting enterprise environments with multiple locations and diverse business operations.
- Experience with a combination of VMware vSphere, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Pure Storage, Azure, backup and disaster recovery, PowerShell, and endpoint management platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience considered.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, customer-service, problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration skills.
