People Analytics Insights Manager

Location: Hybrid; must be within a commutable distance of Stamford, CT or Irving, TX

Base salary: USD 94,000–134,000 annually, plus an eligible annual bonus or role-based sales incentive.

What you will do

• Provide analytical and consultative support to Services and Sales Operations HR teams on staffing, retention, and productivity.
• Develop consistent reporting and analysis on attracting, developing, and retaining associates.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to uncover insights, tell compelling stories, and influence business outcomes.
• Deliver analytical products and services, including the Talent Supply Chain model and Onehirify.global.
• Partner with HR, People Analytics, recruiting, and senior HR leadership to identify and solve critical business problems.
• Influence People Analytics product and analytics roadmaps based on Sales and Services priorities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in analytics, HR, and/or consulting.
• Ability to solve complex and unstructured business problems using data and business economics.
• Strong attention to detail when producing executive-ready content.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership and influence decisions.
• Experience building trusted relationships across multiple business functions and turning data insights into action.
• SQL analytics skills, Databricks, and Power BI or comparable tools are preferred.
