Business Planning and Intelligence Manager

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Lead annual and long-range business planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models, business cases, scenario and sensitivity analyses, ROI assessments, and investment evaluations.
• Own the KPI framework by defining measurable outcomes, targets, data sources, ownership, and reporting cadence.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, automated reports, and scalable business intelligence solutions.
• Analyze financial, operational, commercial, and customer data to identify performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Prepare executive presentations and business performance reviews while partnering with Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Data teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business planning, business intelligence, FP&A, strategy, business analytics, business operations, or performance management.
• Strong experience with performance management, forecasting, budgeting, KPI development, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with strong working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, business reviews, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• A master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with executive reviews, ROI and scenario modeling, advanced analytics, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with Databricks, cloud analytics platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience automating business reporting and performance-management processes.
