Senior Workday People Analytics Analyst (Workday)

Location: Remote - United States; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Base salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, Discovery Boards, and People Analytics solutions.
• Translate HR and business questions into workforce metrics and insights covering headcount, turnover, recruiting, talent, compensation, benefits, mobility, retention, and engagement.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses, data extraction, validation, transformation, and reconciliation across Workday and downstream systems.
• Create metric definitions, data dictionaries, reporting documentation, process guides, report inventories, and training materials.
• Support Workday Prism Analytics, integrations, releases, regression testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead data integrity, reporting security, audits, automation, and compliance activities while advising HR and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in People Analytics, HR reporting, workforce analytics, or Workday reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports, calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, data validation, metric definitions, and workforce trend analysis.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM data structures, security implications, business processes, and cross-functional HR data relationships.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, data storytelling, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, People Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Certification in Workday Reporting, Workday HCM, People Analytics, HR Analytics, or data visualization.
