Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics

Salary: $150,034–$224,250 per year, plus incentive opportunity.

What you will do

• Partner with brand and marketing stakeholders to answer business questions through robust analyses and actionable insights.
• Analyze IQVIA, Symphony, market access, patient, consumer, sales, demand, promotion, and formulary data.
• Support product and market opportunity assessments, market sizing, trend identification, and competitive landscape research.
• Develop ongoing reporting, metrics, and KPIs to track brand strategy and market performance.
• Collaborate with sales operations, forecasting, market research, and other cross-functional partners.
• Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and the analytics budget for assigned brands.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical analytics or a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a quantitative discipline is highly desired.
• Strong understanding of syndicated pharmaceutical datasets, including patient longitudinal, claims, distribution, sales, demand, promotion, and formulary data.
• Programming proficiency in SQL and experience or understanding of R, SAS, Python, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, organization, and cross-functional project management skills.
