Senior Staff Product Manager (Browser Control Platform)

Location: Remote in Canada

Hiring range: CAD 165,000–220,000 for Canada Tier 1 locations; CAD 149,000–199,000 for Canada Tier 2 locations.

What you will do

• Own the shared browser-control foundation and the building blocks used by internal teams and external tools.
• Define product strategy and prioritization across internal platforms, AI assistants, web developers, and end users.
• Advance the WebDriver BiDi open standard and develop Firefox-specific capabilities.
• Design safety controls that let people approve, observe, and take back control of software actions.
• Build a reliable and secure technical platform and measure adoption, usage, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• Product-minded engineering background or experience as a highly technical product manager.
• Experience in developer-focused products, with the ability to consider consumer products and internal platforms.
• Ability to set strategy in ambiguous environments and own a technical contract used by other teams.
• Strong judgment around security and trust.
• Must be located in Canada for this remote role.

• Experience with web standards, MCP, or browser automation.
