Senior Product Manager – Protections (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid; candidates must live within a commutable distance of offices in Frisco, Texas; Newport Beach, California; San Jose, California; New York, New York; or Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Relocation assistance is not offered.

Salary: USD $124,380–$204,330 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Define, validate, and launch new-to-the-world D2C protection products and features.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities through research, data analysis, and financial modeling.
• Lead buy, build, or partner evaluations involving proprietary technology, open APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Coordinate with product managers across the protections group to maintain an integrated user experience.
• Partner with UX and Content Design to turn complex technical concepts into clear consumer journeys.
• Own adoption, engagement, and retention metrics, using customer feedback and analytics to iterate after launch.

Requirements

• Senior-level product management experience covering the full product lifecycle.
• Experience leading 0-to-1 product development from concept through global launch.
• Ability to build business cases using market research, data analysis, and financial modeling.
• Ability to navigate backend architecture and technical trade-offs while partnering with engineering and UX.
• Availability for regular in-office collaboration and residence within commuting distance of an eligible office hub.
