What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the business lending product suite.
• Manage the full customer journey from eligibility and application to funding and repayment.
• Partner with risk and data science teams to design effective underwriting and decisioning models.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to create an effortless, transparent application experience.
• Define and track key performance metrics including conversion, approval rates, and loss performance.
• Work with legal and compliance stakeholders to ensure all products meet regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with at least 2+ years in lending, credit, or payments.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Deep understanding of the lending lifecycle including origination, underwriting, and servicing.
• Proven ability to ship AI-first products and iterate based on user feedback.
• Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineers and data scientists.
• Strong ability to balance growth objectives with credit risk and compliance realities.
