Senior Product Manager - Business Lending (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, New York, Portland, or remote within Canada or the United States.

Salary: US employees: $200,700–$250,900 USD base salary; Canadian employees: $189,700–$237,100 CAD base salary. Total rewards also include equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the business lending product suite.
• Drive the customer journey across eligibility, discovery, application, underwriting, decisioning, funding, servicing, and repayment.
• Partner with risk and data science to design fast, responsible underwriting and credit decisioning experiences.
• Work with design and engineering to create transparent, trustworthy, and easy-to-use lending applications.
• Collaborate with banking partners, legal, compliance, marketing, sales, and support to launch and operate the product.
• Define lending metrics, run experiments, and use customer insight and data to prioritize investments and tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management or aligned experience, including 2+ years in lending, credit, payments, or another regulated financial domain.
• Experience building and scaling lending businesses and understanding origination, underwriting, servicing, repayment, risk, and compliance.
• Experience shipping AI-first, customer-facing products.
• Technical fluency and the ability to work closely with engineers and data scientists while communicating with business, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
• Strong customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, experimentation skills, and the ability to balance growth with credit and operational realities.
• Comfort setting direction in an ambiguous, fast-moving, greenfield product area.
