Senior Product Manager, Money

Location: Remote-first role for candidates in Canada; hirify.global has team members across the U.S. and Canada

Salary: C$179,800–224,700 starting salary plus a target 15% annual bonus

What you will do

• Own the Early Investor product experience from idea definition through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying growth levers, running experiments, and reporting outcomes.
• Develop and evaluate monetization strategies beyond transaction fees, including partnerships, physical products, and integrated experiences.
• Build retention features around birthdays, college savings milestones, and seasonal moments for postpartum families.
• Partner daily with an engineering manager and engineers to define, build, QA, and improve the product.
• Communicate product wins, failures, learnings, priorities, and roadmap decisions to leadership.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap and the ability to make and defend prioritization decisions.
• Experience building or co-building a new product, including zero-to-one work.
• Strong growth mindset with experience forming hypotheses, running experiments, and measuring results.
• Technically hands-on collaboration with engineering, including the ability to QA work and ask effective technical questions.
• Data-driven approach with a focus on revenue impact, measurable outcomes, and product metrics.
• Clear communication, structured organization, and confidence presenting to leadership.

Nice to have

• B2C product experience with a large consumer audience.
• Experience using AI tools to improve day-to-day product work.
