Reliability Engineer I

Location: Findlay, Ohio, with additional locations across the United States

Salary: $93,000–$139,500 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical troubleshooting support for rotating and fixed equipment design, operation, maintenance, and reliability issues.
• Use reliability analytics, failure evaluations, and cost analysis to improve equipment systems.
• Prepare Project Request Forms for reliability improvements and equipment upgrades, including lifecycle cost justifications.
• Support Decision Support Package development and champion Management of Change activities.
• Establish equipment monitoring plans and control limits.
• Ensure equipment repairs meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Zero or more years of experience.
• Ability to support equipment reliability activities within assigned area teams.
