Reliability Engineer (Data Analysis)

Salary: $64,500–$103,500 per year

What you will do

• Apply FMECA, Reliability Centered Maintenance, and Level of Repair Analysis methods.
• Support lifecycle support planning through data modeling and analytical insights.
• Develop and maintain datasets, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance development teams to convert findings into actionable plans.
• Recommend and support Condition Based Maintenance strategies.
• Prepare analytical reports and visualizations for leadership and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, or statistical methods.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Applicants may need to be U.S. Persons because of controlled defense technologies and export regulations.

Nice to have

• Reliability and maintainability analysis experience.
• Predictive analytics or machine learning experience.
• Experience with large datasets, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or data engineering.
• Familiarity with vehicle systems, heavy equipment data, or reliability software such as Windchill Risk and Reliability.
• Programming experience with Python or VBA.
