Customer Service Consultant - Richmond (Remote)

Location: Remote from within 100 miles of the Customer Experience Center in Richmond, Virginia. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with schedule changes twice per year based on business needs.

Hourly rate: $20.70–$31.40.

What you will do

• Connect with inbound customers online and by phone to understand their vehicle purchasing needs.
• Use hirify.global inventory knowledge to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Guide customers through online sales, appraisals, finance applications, and vehicle delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate the transition from online purchasing to in-store delivery.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
• Mentor other associates as expertise develops.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong listening, written communication, verbal communication, and customer-focus skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to change schedules twice per year.
• Must live within 100 miles of the Richmond Customer Experience Center.
