Sr. IT Project Manager - Shockwave Medical (MedTech)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States of America; full-time, on-site role.

Annual base pay: $109,000–$174,800, plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise-wide IT projects through initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Develop project charters, business cases, funding requests, ROI analyses, schedules, resource plans, and risk registers.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, quality, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and executive status reporting.
• Partner with business leaders, functional groups, IT teams, vendors, and executives to align priorities and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Own the IT project portfolio and support intake, prioritization, resource planning, capacity management, and PMO governance.
• Coordinate audit readiness, compliance remediation, documentation, validation, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional IT projects and programs, including multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, software development and systems implementation life cycles, and PMO practices.
• Experience with enterprise application projects involving Oracle ERP or similar platforms.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, SharePoint, Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, and resource management applications.
• Experience in audit, compliance, and validation environments, together with strong stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
