Engineering Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; full-time onsite role with periodic visits to the manufacturing facility.

Salary: $89,458–$121,031 per year

What you will do

• Manage, plan, and drive product development projects from initiation through launch.
• Develop project plans covering timelines, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Lead project teams and coordinate cross-functional activities through project meetings.
• Oversee quality assurance throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve product development efficiency and report progress to the Director of Project Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, and/or relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• PMP, PMI, PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and manage concurrent projects.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours; periodic exposure to heat, cold, dust, and chemical fumes may occur at the manufacturing facility.

Nice to have

• Experience with manufacturing processes, sheet metal cutting and forming, HVAC system design, and new product development.
• Experience with stage-gate, phase-driven, and Agile product or solution development.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project, SAP, and enterprise software platforms.
