Customer Service Consultant - Raleigh (Remote)

Location: Remote within 100 miles of the Customer Experience Center at 1 E Edenton St, Raleigh, North Carolina. Some states may require testing and travel for the Automotive Sales Persons License.

Salary: $20.70–$31.40 per hour

What you will do

• Connect with inbound customers online and by phone to understand their vehicle purchasing needs.
• Use hirify.global inventory knowledge to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Guide customers through online sales, appraisals, finance applications, and vehicle delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate a seamless transition from online purchasing to in-store fulfillment.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Mentor colleagues as experience and expertise develop.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong listening, written communication, verbal communication, and customer-focus skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must live within 100 miles of the Customer Experience Center location.
