Lead ERP Software Developer (ERP)

Location: Onsite in Orlando, Florida, or Ogden, Utah, United States

Pay range: $103,300–$177,700 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement ERP solutions supporting business processes and system functionality.
• Build and maintain integrations and interfaces between ERP platforms and enterprise applications.
• Develop custom extensions and enhancements where standard ERP functionality is insufficient.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, migration, and validation between systems.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and post-implementation optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience in software development, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience developing within or supporting ERP systems or enterprise applications.
• Experience with ETL processes, system integrations, and interfaces.
• Strong software development fundamentals and coding practices.
• Experience writing queries and working with relational databases such as SQL-based systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infor, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as Boomi or ION.
• Experience with ERP implementations, system upgrades, cloud ERP, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or order management functions.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, including data migration and field transformation logic.
