Senior IT ERP System Administrator

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Support more than 300 worldwide ERP users, with a focus on Finance and Sales & Marketing users in the US and Europe.
• Resolve ERP access, configuration, reporting, maintenance, update, and performance issues.
• Manage technical issue resolution and system updates with the ERP vendor.
• Conduct or facilitate user training and translate user needs into system configurations and solution plans.
• Support data imports, reporting, Power BI usage, system integrations, and operational improvement projects.
• Manage ERP data accuracy, security, governance, user access, and SOX IT audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5–15 years of hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or other IT systems supporting Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Supply Chain users.
• Experience with ERP-enabled business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Experience with database administration, data analysis, scripting, or system integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

• Experience with IFS ERP.
• IT experience in the high-tech or semiconductor industry.
