Senior Software Developer (ERP)

Location: On-site in Goleta, California, United States; U.S. citizenship required

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year, depending on education and experience

What you will do

• Own cross-functional projects focused on supporting and maintaining existing ERP systems.
• Develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications and robust application interfaces.
• Design complex applications and integrate them with current infrastructure.
• Lead adoption of new tools, methodologies, and technologies while preserving backward compatibility and system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, create technical documentation, and follow rigorous SDLC processes.
• Guide team members, remove blockers, mentor junior developers, and supervise staff as needed.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• At least 12 years of relevant software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant concentration; three additional years of directly relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented software principles and experience learning desktop or web development technologies.
• Understanding of platforms such as the Microsoft Stack or AWS.
• Knowledge of application and interface development using technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, C#, VBA, VB.NET, and SQL.
