What you will do

• Maintain product-related data and configurations across applicable ERP systems.
• Screen, assign, and resolve end-user support tickets according to severity.
• Manage assigned bugs from activation through closure.
• Identify and escalate blockers affecting active bugs and unreleased Engineering Change Orders.
• Complete ECOs according to approved processes and assigned deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of relevant experience, including two years in a manufacturing environment.
• At least two years working with supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to execute logical tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
