SAP ERP Consultant

Location: United States. Work location may change based on client requirements. U.S. citizenship and an active Interim Secret Clearance or higher are required.

Salary: $80,000–$140,000 per year in base pay, with potential bonuses and additional compensation for eligible overtime.

What you will do

• Investigate SAP ERP transactional errors, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, IT, clients, and other cross-functional stakeholders to analyze transaction workflows.
• Document error-resolution procedures, outcomes, standard operating procedures, desktop guides, white papers, FAQs, and user guides.
• Provide training and end-user support for SAP ERP transaction processing and error resolution.
• Communicate project status to the Team Lead and client while managing short deadlines and occasional high-pressure situations.
• Direct and review the work of Senior Associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in BA, BS, or BBA from an accredited college or university.
• At least 5 years of progressive, relevant experience.
• Active Interim Secret Clearance or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI.
• U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to work under short deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Department of Navy general ledger postings, Navy ERP unmatched transactions, FBWT reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of DFAS reporting policies, DoW Advana, DoW disbursing operations, FASAB, OMB, and Treasury requirements.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Databricks, Foundry, and advanced Excel data analysis.
• CPA eligibility or certification such as CPA, CGFM, CDFM, or CISA.
