What you will do

• Market, promote, and enroll clients in Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug, and Medicare Supplement plans.
• Generate and convert leads through referrals, outbound campaigns, partner support, and client communications.
• Build long-term client relationships through post-sale follow-ups, proactive plan reviews, and personalized service.
• Respond to client inquiries about policies, billing, coverage, carrier websites, and enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate client data, CRM records, sales documentation, lead tracking, and reporting.
• Audit commissions and collaborate with colleagues on reports, information sharing, and operational coordination.

Requirements

• Experience or expertise in Medicare insurance sales and client service.
• Ability to conduct fact-finding, plan analysis, and suitability assessments.
• Strict adherence to CMS guidelines, state regulations, and documented sales processes.
• Ability to acquire and maintain non-resident licenses in required states.
• Current knowledge of Medicare regulations, plan updates, carrier websites, and enrollment procedures.
