Assistant Store Manager - North Beverly

Location: West Hollywood, United States; onsite at the North Beverly store

Pay: $28–$34/hour USD base pay, plus a bonus program and benefits package.

What you will do

• Support the Store Manager in leading the store team and achieving sales and performance targets.
• Oversee daily store operations, personnel, policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through visible engagement on the shop floor and team coaching.
• Train, mentor, and support Sport Stylists, including onboarding new hires and facilitating staff meetings.
• Monitor inventory protection and loss-prevention activities.
• Develop and execute store events with Marketing to increase traffic and community involvement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to motivate and support a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic financial understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Passion for sports, outdoor activities, and fashion.
• Full-time availability for 40 hours per week across five days, including mornings, evenings, weekends, Black Friday, and the holiday season.
