What you will do
- Engage with customers to understand technology roadmaps, identify needs, and develop opportunities for involvement.
- Manage teams that demonstrate and introduce new technologies through demos, onsite evaluations, joint development programs, and tool qualifications.
- Act as the liaison between customers and the business unit, translating customer issues into applicable solutions.
- Oversee process support engineers performing onsite installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
- Supervise operational quality checks, customer instruction on system operation and maintenance, and engineer training and certification.
- Manage activity demand planning and financial forecasting.
Requirements
- Knowledge of four or more processes across two or more technologies.
- Advanced process integration knowledge.
- Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within the job family and related disciplines.
- Ability to resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
- Experience managing multiple related teams, setting priorities, and allocating resources.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
