What you will do

• Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, install, and validate equipment, including GMP IQ/OQ activities.
• Organize sales promotion and proposal activities for maintenance, comprehensive service, inspection, and spare-parts contracts.
• Collaborate with domestic and global branches and departments to manage customer outcomes, revenue forecasts, contract ratios, and quality issues.
• Deliver mid- to large-scale installation projects as a project manager in collaboration with other departments.
• Prepare new equipment launches and obtain service trainer certification.
• Provide remote customer support and dispatch field engineers to customer sites.

Requirements

• Degree or major in biology, biochemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• More than three years of experience in field service or a related engineering department.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and business orientation focused on improving productivity, speed, and results.
• Ability to work on-site in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
