APM Field Service Engineer

Location: Japan; remote work option with 100% travel required

What you will do

• Install, implement, maintain, and repair company and multi-vendor systems at customer sites.
• Optimize hardware, software, networking products, configurations, operating systems, and applications.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance issues and proactively prevent service interruptions.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that affect system performance.
• Manage product escalations and collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams.
• Calibrate equipment, deliver technical training, and support maintenance seminars for engineers or customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Typically at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Post-graduate qualifications, certifications, or licenses may be required.
• Must meet customer and vendor credentialing requirements to access customer sites, including identification, work certifications, and health and safety requirements.
• 100% travel is required.
